You probably know all of that, that's why you're buying the pan.
I'm including a new container of Bar Keeper's Friend and a new nylon sponge.
Superior cookware demands respect!
This is how I wash my All-Clad: First, "let the water do the work". I soak anything stuck on with a little dish soap and hot water. I wait a while. Then I scrub my pan with Bar Keeper’s Friend (as recommended by All-Clad) and a nylon sponge, rinse throughly. Afterward, I swish with a dollop of dish soap and a clean nylon sponge. The trick is to rinse throughly after the scrub with Bar Keeper’s Friend. You now have a pan that looks like it just came out of the box!
